Military-grade Comply™ Canal Tips are engineered to deliver maximum noise reduction for mission-critical communication. Extremely soft viscoelastic Comply™ foam conforms to the ear canal to maintain an acoustic seal and retain the device in the ear. Ideal for lightweight communication systems, Comply™ Canal Tips are the industry standard for communication in high-noise environments.
Comply™ Canal Tips Special Features:
Maximum Noise Reduction: High-quality communication is funneled directly into the ear canal while providing an optimal seal for all high-noise applications. Comply™ Canal Tips offer the highest level of noise isolation with average NRR above 29dB. Actual NRR depends on communication device design and requires certified testing.
All Day Comfort: Made from unique breathable memory foam, Comply™ Canal Tips are activated by body heat, becoming ultra soft, reducing irritation and fatigue.
Stay-In-Ear Fit: The length and tapered design of the Comply™ Canal Tip allows for easy insertion and stability in the ear canal, providing maximum noise reduction and in-ear retention.
Flexible Threaded Core: Special tapered core is designed for deeper insertion into the ear canal. Elastomeric cores have a molded-in screw thread for secure attachment to the communication device and soft durometer for comfort.

I am very pleased with this product. I have many different canal tips as well as some custom molded ones. These are just as good as the custom molded ones I have in noise reduction, but far more comfortable wearing them for 6 to 8 hours at a time. I will purchase them again.

Well packaged, simple to fit, comfortable to wear. Not total isolation (that can be disorientating) but the right balance of external and radio input

I have the Shure SE215-K IEMs. I tried the Tx-100 (large) tips and they worked well and were very comfortable but they did not block out enough noise for me. I then found the Canal/P-100 tips and I was in love. These tips are very comfortable and because they go deeper in the ear canal, they isolate noise perfectly. One note, I guess most people use the medium size tips. I however like the large ones because when they expand they seal much better for me (I think I have big ear holes). I recommend getting the mixed pack so that you can try out the different sizes and see which one fits best. Also, this company has some great customer service.

Owned Shure SE530 and tried both P Series and the Original. I like the Original (pink color) more because it has longer life, the foam won't break down and tear as easy as P Series, which I always worry if some of the foam left in my ear canal.
I was using standard version, it was great but after 4+ hours of continued listening, my ear canal feel painful. Turned into slim version and seems the problem is gone, maybe I have narrow ear canal.
The tip is made of memory foam and is heat-activated. That means when the foam is heated (inside your ear canal), the foam will become very soft and expand back to its original shape. When someone talk to me, I need to take them off (isolation is simply too great). And I can't wear it back again until the tip is cooled. Otherwise, it keep expanding and I can't put back into my ear. Will be great if it has shorter cooldown time.
I want to try the older "channeled" version to see if they fit me better, but too bad they are gone.
I will recommend this product to everyone who love better music.

I have been using Canal Tips for many years now on my Etymotic ER6i headphones. The Comply product locator does not list the ER6i but the Canal Tips fit fine. I've always been very happy with the fit, comfort and quality of the product.
I had an issue using a coupon and was very happy with the responsiveness of Comply customer service. They were super responsive.
